May I Return or Exchange My Products?

Yes! We are happy to accept your set back for an exchange or refund within 25 days, as long as they haven’t been worn or altered or installed. Please read our Return Policy and then email us when you are ready to proceed with your return or exchange.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned extensions were not worn or altered. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Note: most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout which can take up to 48 hours.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

We will send you the different extension(s) after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned extension(s) were not worn or altered. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange
